Q. Where does it dump my kernel?

A. Inside the "Dump" folder in the hakchi folder as snes_kernel/nes_kernel.img.

Q. My Hakchi always tells me there's an error when flashing kernels?

A. Change USB ports on your PC to a non-USB3 type.

Q. I want to play games from other systems on my NES/SNES can I?

A. Yes, you will need to install RetroArch and the core of the system you want (There is a guide above)

Q. Why do I need a kernel backup?

A. To safely restore your console to default if something ever go's wrong.

Q. I've installed RetroArch but my Gameboy, Genesis and other systems roms don't work?

A. You need to also install the core of the system you want to play (Guide Above).

Q. My NES/SNES console doesn't turn on?

A. Flash the custom kernel again or do a full uninstall in hakchi and mod again.

Q. Will I lose my saves if I flash custom kernel again?

A. No, saves are stored elsewhere on the console, you are safe.

Q. Do I need to flash custom kernel every time Hakchi updates?

A. Not since 2.21c, using the new Hakchi and syncing games will update all the scripts automatically now.

Q. I'm getting C7 or C8 errors when loading games?

A. Double check that you have added the game correctly, or the game could be unsupported.

Q. I'm getting C8 errors when shutting down the system or changing folders?

A. You have too many games installed to the home menu, start using folders.
